I'm Dr. Ramón Talavera-Franco. For over 20 years I worked in the field of education in various capacities. I designed, implemented and administered educational solutions for students of diverse ages, cultures and learning needs. I also designed and implemented online learning experiences applying learning theory and educational technologies. My interest in eLearning led me to focus my doctoral research in exploring the learning experiences of adult Hispanics in MOOCs through self-efficacy believes. Presently, I work as a designer and developer of gamification and game-based learning experiences that give me the possibilities to explore my own creativity limits and expand them.
